Club Piscine renews its partnership with the Lifesaving Society

Bois-des-Filion, July 14, 2026 – On the occasion of National Drowning Prevention Week, Club Piscine is renewing its partnership with the Lifesaving Society to raise families' awareness of the importance of water safety. Through its Designated Supervisor campaign, the company invites Quebecers to identify one person dedicated to supervision during pool activities.

Launched in 2022, this initiative reminds us that active and constant supervision remains one of the most effective ways to prevent drowning. To support this message, Club Piscine offers the Designated Supervisor bracelet, available in stores and online, which clearly identifies the person responsible for watching over swimmers. For each bracelet sold, $2 is donated to the Lifesaving Society to support its prevention efforts throughout Quebec.

To give even greater reach to this initiative, Club Piscine will call upon more than 35 engaged content creators. Upon receiving the Designated Supervisor bracelet, they will be invited to raise awareness within their community about the importance of active and constant supervision around water.

At Club Piscine, our mission is to help families enjoy the best of summer, in complete safety. As a pool provider and partner of the Lifesaving Society, we want to use our reach to convey an essential message: around water, vigilance must always be present.

Residential pools remain the most frequent location for fatal drownings in children, accounting for 60% of cases*. As summer holidays approach, Club Piscine wishes to remind everyone that compliant installations, combined with the presence of a designated supervisor, remain essential to prevent accidents and allow families to fully enjoy the summer. Designated Supervisor bracelets are available in Club Piscine stores and online.
