Complaint regarding non-compliance with principles
Club Piscine has established procedures to receive complaints and inquiries regarding its policies and practices for managing personal information and will respond to them.
Any user will be able to complain about non-compliance with this Policy by contacting the person(s) responsible for enforcing it.
Club Piscine will investigate all complaints. If a complaint is found to be valid, Club Piscine will take appropriate action, including modifying its policies and practices as needed.
Any complaint or request relating to the protection of personal information must be sent by email to infoweb@clubpiscine.ca .
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy, Club Piscine's responsibility to any user on whom it holds a user account with respect to any non-compliance with this Policy is limited to providing access to, correcting or deleting the personal information in question.
