The FID7 PRO Adjustable Bench is an industry-leading workout bench designed for maximum customization. Its unique design features six back pad positions, six mid-pad positions, and four seat pad adjustments. The innovative split back pad (adjustable from 0° to 75°) provides support and comfort—reducing neck strain during shoulder presses, offering better lower-back support, and allowing improved shoulder blade clearance for bench movements. A single-axis bench slide enables smooth transitions with simple one-hand adjustments. Commercial-grade, injection-molded pads ensure both comfort and stability, while the durable steel frame and heavy-duty transport wheels deliver safety and long-lasting performance for even the most demanding workouts.
