Warranty Coverage: Hayward Sand Filters come with a 1 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer of this filter warrants this filter against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if this filter is damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Start a Warranty Claim:To begin a claim please email [email protected] with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your Hayward Sand Sand Filter and include a brief explanation of what occurred.
So far, so good. Not sure what the 90° elbow is for without an extension to take you past the tank.
This was a replacement filter for me so I was pleased with the quality and your staff is excellent to deal with. Prices seem to be better than any other company I have contacted. Very fast delivery.
You guys sold me this filter really cheap but I kinda wish I spent more on it, its not the best at filtering my pool and the sand didnt' come with it.
