In-Store Pickup and Delivery Policies
In-store pickup policy
The in-store pickup option is free, quick and easy, as well as a safe way of retrieving your products. Simply place your order online, select the store where you wish to pick up your order and we will prepare your order. Use our store locator to find out our pickup hours. Please do not show up at the store until you have received the ‘’Ready for Pickup’’ email. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for your order to be ready.
Proof of identity required
You will be required to provide a photo ID (driver’s licence, health insurance card or passport) when picking up your order.
We offer a third-party pickup option. The transaction will take place in an assigned pickup location. The person picking up the order will be required to present 1 photo ID (driver’s licence, health insurance card or passport).
How does it work?
Place your order online and select the in-store pickup option
Wait until you receive the "Ready for Pickup" email before going to the store
Head to the store with the confirmation email and a valid photo ID
You will have a maximum of 14 days after you receive the telephone or email notification that your order is ready for pickup to retrieve your purchase. Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup, head to the store specified in you order confirmation. Make sure you have your sales receipt with you (paper or email) as well as a photo ID. If you fail to pickup your order within 14 days of receiving the in-store pickup confirmation message, the order will be cancelled and your purchase will be refunded. You may however, extend that period by contacting us directly.
We deliver to most areas of Quebec and the Greater Ottawa region. Two (2) delivery services are available for online orders: Purolator or the store’s delivery service. The selected service is automatically determined by the platform, based on the items in your cart.
Delivery charges will be calculated in Step #1 of your cart, and are based on your choice of items and your postal code. Please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
Delivery charges expected for large items:
0 – 35 km from store = $50
36 – 75 km from store = $75
75 – 100 km from store = $100
Orders delivered outside that radius may be subject to additional charges. We will contact you before shipping your order to notify you of any additional charges, if applicable. Some regions do not qualify for delivery. That information will be determined according to your postal code and you will be notified in Step #1 of your cart.
Some items have fixed charges; a special mention will appear in the product datasheet.
Proof of identity required
You will be required to provide a photo ID (driver’s licence, health insurance card or passport) at the time of delivery if the shipping address is different from the billing address.
Note: Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are non-binding. The store will contact you if additional delivery times are to be expected.
